You are a boy with super powers which let you transform into fantastic creatures. This time a few bad guys are running away with a hostage in a motorboat. You need to persecute the bad guys and free the hostage. To accomplish this, you first transform into a sea creature and swim under water. At this stage you must avoid all of creatures and objects, but powerups. If you survive this level, you transform into an insect. As an insect you must fly above the boat, shoot the bad guys with green balls and avoid the granades they throw to you.
